Shipping Policy

We offer a transparent flat rate for all our products. For the domestic market Austria, we charge €5.50 for each order. For the rest of the EU 28 countries as well as the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, we charge €7.50 and for international countries €15 are charged.

Return & Exchange Policy

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days after the date you received the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
